The vote on the 27th will merely be a confirmation of what has been voted during the session, so there won't be any surprise here.
However, as Swiss people have more power than the government and parliament, it is expected that a national referendum will be held (probably in May 2014).
Current polls show that Swiss are mostly against a new aircraft acquisition, but most people don't have a real idea about what the deal is about. I'm pretty sure the Gripen has good chance to make it, in a similar way the Hornet made its way in 1993.
